It’s Tuesday and that means another speed session. Today’s was an interesting workout. I think I found the idea for this workout on the running planet website (there are amazing workouts on that site.)
The workout: Warm up, fartlek session: alternate 1 minute @ 7:15 pace and 2 minutes @ 7:35 pace for as long as I am able to maintain the pace and good form, no rest between, cool down.
